17 May 2012, International Day Against Homophobia & Transphobia (IDAHO). More than 50 LGBT organizations organized events all over China. In Beijing, Queer Comrades cooperated with the French Embassy to organize the event “Stop Violence Against LGBT – Fight Homophobia in and through Education”. Nearly all of the Beijing LGBT organizations, including Aibai, Common Language, Danlan, the Beijing LGBT Center, Les+, Gayspot, the Beijing Lesbian Community Center, China Queer Independent Films and the Beijing Gender Health Education Institute all participated in the event.
