Cinequeer：Queer Shorts

Queer short films are coming this season! Hosted by Electric Shadows and China Queer Independent Films, CineQueer’s short screening at 730 pm, 18^th April, at Café O’henry shows a variety of queer short films from China, Germany and France. Jenny Woo’s work “Winter, Some Sort of Loneliness” captures the reality of love and the struggle of today’s Chinese gay people while “3 L Affairs” and “Tiger Lily” from Moxie Peng try to solve love and sex issues in a lighter and more subtle way. Isabella Gresser’s “Bye Bye Antonia” delivers a message to encourage being oneself; and Jean-Baptiste Erreca’s work “Cowboy Forever” invites us to discover the ageless traditions of the cowboys. Two of the directors, Jenny Woo and Moxie Peng, will be there for a Q&A session.
